With 7 to 8 weeks to prepare for Tahiti’s Air France Paddle Festival or the Bay of Islands 4km, 8km or 16km Races, this periodised training plan makes use of tried and tested PaddleFit Training principles, including intervals, pyramid training and optional heart-rate training (which we translate into perceived effort - so you don’t need a heart-rate monitor).
Learn how the pros improve their speed and look after their physical and mental game, then see your own fitness gains week by week. Let us take the guess work out of overtraining and rest periods, plus direct you toward healthy eating and nutrition plans.

Only $80 for 8 weeks. Full outline of plan emailed on receipt of payment, detailed weekly instructions and encouraging reminders emailed throughout. Unlimited email coaching assistance and advice from Helen and Victoria during the program. Attendance at additional Auckland-based PaddleFit group training classes optional but recommended. "SUPWell Island Dream Team" shared travel and transport to be organised.
